THE MOBILE CHEESE DAIRY
Monalp manufactures the mobile cheese dairy and organizes its transportation to the alp or farm.
The mobile cheese dairy (including its equipment such as a cheese vat, a press table and cheese molds) is provided free of charge.
The dimensions of the mobile cheese dairy are usually 6x3 meters.
During the alpine season, 400 to 800 liters of milk are processed every day.
Water and electricity are available. If necessary, we will search for an alternative solution.
The foundation of the mobile cheese dairy must be built in accordance with Monalp's requirements.
The mobile cheese dairy must be insured against damages. Monalp can organize the insurance if requested.
