THE MOBILE CHEESE DAIRY FOR YOU

A clever concept to process milk on alpine pastures during the summer months and/or at a farm during the winter – wherever it can be of use (tourism, gastronomy, entertainment). It requires electricity, water and a free space of approximately 6x3 meters.
